Subscription plans with benefits like free consults, discounts, and hospital visit coverage

AI features are not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate and updated information

Keeping login credentials confidential

All actions taken under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans offer varying levels of benefits

Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan

Payments are handled through secure third-party processors

You may cancel anytime, but partial refunds are not provided unless legally mandatedt

5. Consent to Health Data Processing

By using Anystyle AI, you consent to the collection and processing of personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with medical professionals and service partners for the purpose of delivering care.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse or abuse the platform

Use Anystyle AI for emergency medical needs

Upload false, harmful, or illegal content

Impersonate others or provide misleading information

7. Relationship with Medical Providers

Healthcare professionals available via Anystyle AI are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Anystyle AI. We serve solely as a facilitator and do not provide clinical services or assume liability for any treatment decisions.

8. Insurance and Financial Coverage

Anystyle AI does not operate as an insurance company. Any insurance-like benefits (such as hospital visit coverage) are facilitated through partners and subject to their terms and eligibility requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Anystyle AI platform, including code, designs, logos, and AI systems, are owned by us or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, copy, or reverse-engineer any portion of the app without written permission.

10. Use of Third-Party Tools

Anystyle AI integrates with external service providers to deliver its functionality. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure their reliability, we are not responsible for their content, performance, or privacy practices.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Anystyle AI, its affiliates, directors, partners, and staff harmless against claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Anystyle AI is provided as is and without warranties

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, abuse, or as required by law. You may also close your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law unless otherwise specified.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via app or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
