Anystyle AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BLENDINGBYTES TECHNOLOGIES (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Anystyle Amobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    1. Photos & Face Data (Sensitive)

    When you select or capture a photo in the app, we process that image to apply AI styles/effects and generate outputs. To place styles, we may compute face landmarks or vector embeddings derived from the image.

  • We do not collect government identifiers and do not use face data for identity verification or authentication.
  • We do not sell your face data or use it for advertising or profiling.

    • Submit requests to blendingbytesdev@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

    2. Content You Create

  • Generated images, prompts/styles you choose, and any other content you create in the app.

    • 3. Account & Transaction Data

  • Account identifiers (e.g., email or Apple ID-linked identifier), subscription status, receipts necessary to validate purchases through Apple.

    • 4. Device & Usage Data

  • Device model, OS version, language, approximate location derived from IP, app version, and interaction events used for analytics, security, and debugging.

    • 5. Support Communications

  • Messages and contact details you send to us for support.

    • We may combine the above information as permitted (e.g., for troubleshooting and abuse prevention).

    3. How we use information

    We use information to:

  • Provide the Service — apply styles, generate images, operate and maintain the app.
  • Account & Purchases — manage subscriptions and validate transactions with Apple.
  • Security & Abuse Prevention — detect misuse, prevent fraud, and maintain integrity.
  • Improve the Service — understand performance and fix bugs (using aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
  • Communicate with You — send service notices, respond to support, and provide important updates.

    • We do not use your face data or photos for targeted advertising or identity matching.

    4. Where we store & process data

    We use Microsoft Azure (U.S. region) as our cloud infrastructure.

  • Storage: Azure Blob Storage and our application servers.
  • Data Protection: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based controls and logging.

    • Service providers act as our processors and may only process your data per our instructions.

    5. Sharing of information

    We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service Providers/Processors (e.g., Microsoft Azure; optional: analytics and crash reporting providers such as [App Center/Amplitude/Sentry—edit as applicable]).
  • Legal/Compliance if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Business Transfersin connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (your data remains protected under this Policy or a successor policy of equal or greater protection).

    • We do not allow third parties to use your data for their independent marketing or profiling.

    6. Retention & deletion

  • Photos, derived face landmarks/embeddings, and generated images are retained in your account until you delete them.
  • You can delete all stored content anytime in the app: Profile → Settings → Clear data. This removes server-side records and clears the device cache.
  • You can also email blendingbytesdev@gmail.com to request deletion. We will complete verified requests within a reasonable period.
  • We may retain minimal records necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

    7. Your choices & controls

  • Permissions. You can decline camera/photos access; the app will then be limited.
  • Clear Data. Use Profile → Settings → Clear data to delete stored photos, embeddings, and generated images.
  • Access/Deletion Requests. Email blendingbytesdev@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Marketing. We currently do not send marketing emails. If we do in the future, you’ll be able to opt out.

    • 8. Children’s privacy

    The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

    9. International users

    Our primary processing location is the United States.If you access the Service from other regions, you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ.

    10. Rights under certain laws

    1. California (CCPA/CPRA)

    If you are a California resident, you may have rights to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • Deletepersonal information (subject to legal exceptions).
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by CPRA).
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (we only use face data to provide the Service).

    2. EEA/UK (GDPR) — if you serve these users

    Legal bases we rely on include Performance of a Contract (to provide the Service), Legitimate Interests (security, improvement), and Consent (optional analytics or permissions). You may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

    11. Security

    We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong device security and keep your account details confidential.

    12. Third-party services

    The Service may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., payment processors, app stores). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review them.

    13. Do Not Track

    Your browser may send a “Do Not Track” signal. The Service does not currently respond to DNT signals.

    14. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy in the app and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.
